The variety has a dark green color and a very fine leaf texture, forming a dense sward. It is characterized by a high regeneration capacity, resistance to trampling, and outstanding tolerance to high and low temperatures and wet conditions.
The plant demonstrates high resistance to diseases and effectively competes with weeds, including annual bluegrass (Poa annua). The variety is intended for intensive maintenance, tolerates low mowing well, and recovers quickly after the winter period, maintaining a rich color.
The primary purpose of the variety is the creation of high-quality greens, tee boxes, and fairways on golf courses, where the speed and quality of ball roll are important. The best performance indicators are achieved with a moderate fertilizer application regime.
