The PC2 variety (known in the USA as PC2.0) has a medium-green color and fine leaf texture. It is characterized by a dense, upright, and aggressive growth habit, which ensures high competitiveness of the turf against weeds, particularly annual bluegrass (Poa annua).
The plant exhibits rapid regrowth in the spring and maintains high decorative value in winter. The variety possesses resistance to heat, cold, and mechanical wear, as well as to a number of diseases, but requires intensive professional maintenance to maintain turf quality.
