The variety was obtained through directed selection of individual plants from the Seaside variety population. It is intended for the creation of high-quality turf on greens, fairways, and tees where dense sod is required.
The plant is characterized by high uniformity, seed germination energy, and stand density. The variety has a stoloniferous growth habit, high salt tolerance, and increased resistance to heat and drought compared to the Seaside variety.
The variety is adapted for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including southern and northern regions. Priority characteristics are recovery speed and adaptation to low mowing.
