The variety is intended for the establishment of greens, tees, and fairways. It possesses a medium-dark green color and optimal turf density, which prevents excessive "fluffiness" and facilitates maintenance of the turf cover.
The plant demonstrates increased resistance to heat and Microdochium patch. The variety is characterized by early resumption of vegetation in spring and a high rate of recovery from mechanical damage sustained during the use of sports fields.
