The variety forms a thick and dense turf that inhibits weed growth. The plant possesses high winter hardiness and is capable of adapting to various soil types, including sandy loam, loamy, acidic, and saline soils. The crop is resistant to mechanical damage and diseases, and tolerates low mowing from 3–5 mm to 8 mm well.
