The variety is a low-growing grass with a powerful root system and vegetative shoots (stolons), which ensure the formation of a dense, dark green stand. The plant has the capacity for intensive spreading and rapid spring regrowth.
The plant is adapted to very low mowing down to 2.5–3 mm, which is necessary for golf course greens. The variety demonstrates resistance to a number of fungal diseases, including dollar spot, Fusarium patch, and Rhizoctonia, provided there is intensive agrotechnical care.
