Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety forms a dense turf and is adapted for use on golf course greens where low mowing is required. The plant is perennial and propagates by means of creeping above-ground shoots that root at the nodes, creating a thick cover.

In comparative studies, the variety demonstrates susceptibility to dollar spot. In some regional reports, it may be erroneously classified as colonial bentgrass (Agrostis capillaris), however, in professional catalogs it is listed as Agrostis stolonifera.
