The variety is a tetraploid plant of the creeping type. It forms numerous above-ground shoots (stolons) that root at the nodes. The leaves have a dark green color and medium width.
The plant is characterized by an early to medium onset of spring regrowth and early heading dates. The variety has high resistance to diseases, in particular to dollar spot, and shows competitiveness against annual bluegrass (Poa annua).
This variety is intended for use on sports turf, including greens, tee boxes, and fairways of golf courses. It is adapted to intensive maintenance and low mowing, possesses good seed germination energy, and the ability for rapid recovery.
