The plant possesses genetic resistance to dollar spot, brown patch, anthracnose, as well as pink and gray snow mold. The variety demonstrates excellent tolerance to intensive traffic and recovers quickly after damage.
007XL is used for the establishment and renovation of putting greens, tees, and fairways. The variety is suitable for primary seeding and overseeding into existing turf, including the displacement of Poa annua.
