The variety was developed from nine parental lines selected on old golf courses. The growth habit is characterized as lower and more upright; the plant color is moderately dark vivid green. The variety is distinguished by high shoot density and the ability to root quickly.
The plant possesses improved resistance to diseases such as leaf spot, brown patch, anthracnose, and snow mold. It tolerates low temperatures well, demonstrating resistance to frost and maintaining color during the winter period. Compared to the Pennlinks variety, earlier flowering and heading are noted.
Intended for the creation of greens, tees, and fairways on golf courses. Designed for effective use in conditions requiring reduced costs for maintenance, fertilizers, and pesticides, as well as on sites subject to increased stress for the turfgrass.
