Variety description

The variety is intended for creating surfaces on golf courses and highly ornamental parterre lawns. The plant forms a dense turf with fine leaves of an intense dark green color and is characterized by a rapid rate of rooting and development.

The grass possesses high resistance to extremely low mowing down to 2.5–3 mm. The variety demonstrates good resistance to Fusarium patch, dollar spot, and Rhizoctonia, as well as tolerance to soil salinity.

The plant is distinguished by good color retention during the winter period, early spring regrowth, and a low tendency to form thatch.
