The variety is intended for creating high-quality playing surfaces, such as greens, tees, and fairways. It forms a thick, dense sward with a medium-fine leaf blade. It is distinguished by an aggressive growth habit, which allows it to successfully compete with Poa annua.
A key characteristic is the ability to tolerate irrigation with water having a high salt content of up to 15 000 ppm and a pH of 7.5–8.5. The variety possesses resistance to dollar spot, good drought tolerance, and low fertilizer requirements. The growth type is more upright compared to traditional varieties.
