The variety is intended for cultivation from sets, including organic farming. When using large sets with a diameter of more than 15 mm, there is a tendency for plants to bolt.
The onion is characterized by good keeping quality, which allows the harvest to be stored until spring. The variety is traditionally grown on fertile chernozem soils in the vicinity of the town of Błonie.
