The bulb has a conical shape tapering toward the base, with an average length of about 16 cm and a weight of about 260 grams. The outer scales are of medium intensity pink color, the flesh is white. The plant is characterized by an upright habit and light green leaves.
The variety is considered very sweet and not pungent, traditionally used as young green onions or fresh in salads. Sowing periods are in August and January, harvesting lasts from July to October. The variety does not have high keeping quality.
