The hybrid Drago F1 is recorded in a number of agronomic publications as a commercial onion specimen. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, data on its maturity and economic performance are absent in open sources.

In patent documentation, this hybrid was mentioned in the context of comparative trials for resistance to downy mildew caused by the pathogen Peronospora destructor.
