The bulbs have a rounded shape and reach a diameter of about 8 cm. The flesh is white with pink anthocyanin shades. The plant height is 40–50 cm, and the growing period is approximately 110 days.
When raw, the flesh is characterized by a crunchy texture and moderate pungency; upon heat treatment, it acquires a sweet fruity taste. The variety has high keeping quality and is suitable for long-term storage.
Agronomic practices include a transplanting method of cultivation with sowing indoors in February–March and planting in open field after the end of frosts.
