The variety forms elongated, often conical bulbs with beige-pinkish scales. The flesh is white and has a sweet, delicate flavor with low pungency.

Agronomic practices include sowing for transplants from September to March with subsequent planting in the ground using a 15 by 20 cm spacing. Harvesting can be carried out in April or September depending on the sowing dates.
