The flesh of the bulbs is white, succulent, and of semi-sharp taste; the dry matter content is in the range of 10–12%. The produce is characterized by high marketability and uniformity. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field with a recommended planting density of 3.5–4 million plants per hectare.
The plant possesses resistance to major onion diseases. It is an open-pollinated variety suitable both for fresh market sales and for long-term storage.
