The variety is an intermediate hybrid obtained by crossing long-day onions with Rijnsburger-type onions. Plants are characterized by rapid development dynamics; the growing season lasts approximately 140–150 days.

The bulbs have a high degree of skin coverage and scale strength. The variety is suitable for storage until December-January. The plant possesses intermediate resistance to pink root rot (Pyrenochaeta terrestris) and Fusarium basal rot (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cepae).
