Variety description

The hybrid is characterized by a round bulb shape with a shiny dark brown surface and a thin neck. The average bulb weight is 109–120 g, although figures can vary from 60 to 150 g. The dry matter content is in the range of 9.7–11%, and the taste is rated as semi-sharp.
The vegetation period is from 85 to 105 days. The yield potential ranges from 50 to 90 tons per hectare. The onion has firm outer scales, ensuring marketability of up to 98% and good transportability. The storage life is estimated at 3–4 months.
The plant is demanding regarding moisture levels and the agrotechnical background, in particular the application of nitrogen fertilizers in the first half of the vegetation period. The hybrid is suitable for fresh use and in the food industry.
