The variety belongs to winter short-day crops. The bulbs have a round shape, their weight varies from 135 to 155 grams. The external dry scales are yellow-brown in color, the internal juicy scales are white. The number of dry scales is 2–3, the taste is characterized as semi-sharp.
The plant is distinguished by increased winter hardiness and the ability to overwinter in field conditions. The variety is versatile in use: it is suitable both for producing bunching onions and for harvesting after full maturity. Agricultural practices involve sowing from mid-August to early September, yield can reach 8 kg/m².
