The Saddleback variety is a hybrid (F1) possessing high vigor and a developed root system capable of maintaining the leaf apparatus even under difficult growing conditions. The plant belongs to a type adapted for long-day conditions.
The bulbs have a round shape and dry scale color ranging from light to dark bronze. The variety shows resistance to pink root rot. The quality of the outer scales ensures the possibility of storing the harvest until the end of October, the term of which can be extended when using sprouting inhibitors.
