The variety is a perennial plant which, with proper care, remains in one place for 3–4 years. It forms weak, non-thickened bulbs at the base and succulent, tender tubular leaves of an intensely green color.

The plant belongs to early-maturing varieties, possesses high frost resistance and the ability to regrow quickly in the spring period. The variety is intended for obtaining greens throughout the entire growing season and can be grown both via seedlings and by direct sowing into the soil.
