The plant has a powerful habit and a cylindrical shape. The length of the flat leaves reaches 80 cm with a width of up to 5 cm; a waxy bloom may be present on the surface. The snow-white part of the stem grows 25–30 cm in length with a diameter of up to 4–6 cm.
The variety is characterized by rapid growth and the ability to form a high-quality stem even without mandatory hilling. The leaves remain fresh for a long time after harvest. The plant is not frost-hardy and belongs to the summer-autumn cycle varieties intended for the fresh market and processing.
