The plant belongs to open-pollinated varieties and is specifically adapted for severe winter conditions. The variety is capable of remaining in the ground for a long time without loss of quality and possesses resistance to diseases.

To obtain a blanched stem, deep planting in furrows and subsequent hilling are required. Sowing of seeds is carried out from March to May; transplanting of seedlings to a permanent location in the open field is performed in June.
