The produce is characterized by a blanched pseudostem approximately 14 cm long and 2.5–3.0 cm in diameter, possessing a mildly pungent taste and a characteristic aroma. The variety shows high resistance to leek rust.
The plant is intended for the fresh market, long-term storage, and freezing; it is suitable for the needs of the processing industry.
