The plant has a low, vigorous growth habit with upright leaves of medium width. The leaves have a groove and a blue-green color with an anthocyanin tint. The variety forms a blanched part 25–30 cm long and about 6 cm in diameter, while the presence of a weakly developed bulb facilitates harvesting and cleaning.
The variety is intended for winter harvest, which is possible from November to April under Central European conditions. Thanks to its developed root system, the plant is capable of rapid growth at low temperatures, exhibiting high resistance to lodging and bolting.
