The Vitaton F1 hybrid belongs to varieties for the winter market. The plant has an upright growth habit, a short stalk, and dark blue-green leaves. The variety is characterized by slow growth and resistance to late bolting.

The produce is distinguished by its ease of cleaning and the absence of leaf cracking. The variety is resistant to rust (Puccinia allii) and bacterial rot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. porri). Intended for fresh consumption and harvesting in the winter period.
