Variety description

The variety is winter and bolting. The plant has upright leaves of medium length with a bluish waxy bloom. Spherical flower heads form bulbils.

The bulbs are round in shape, covered with white-purple or grayish scales with streaks. Inside, they contain from 4 to 7 cloves with a violet-brown skin that adheres tightly to them.

The variety is intended for autumn planting in sandy loam moderately moist soils with a pH of about 6.8. The harvest is collected at the end of June. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, processing, use in pharmaceuticals, and for decorative purposes.
