The variety belongs to the Northern garlic (Ail du Nord) group and the Silverskin subtype. It is characterized by medium-sized bulbs of a round or round-pyramidal shape with snow-white outer scales. Each bulb usually contains from 18 to 24 cloves.

The variety is non-bolting and has a long dormancy period, which ensures the produce has good keeping quality during storage. To maintain the health of the planting material, in vitro health improvement methods are used, aimed at obtaining virus-free lines.

The variety is intended for professional commercial production.
