Bulbs of the variety Jan reach a weight of 70–90 grams. They are dense, well-closed, and maintain their integrity even when overripe. Inside each bulb are 6 to 8 medium-sized cloves.

The bulb skin is white with light yellow stripes, and the cloves have a light brown hue with a violet pattern. The variety has a mild taste and is suitable for long-term storage. Intended for professional vegetable cultivation.
