The variety belongs to the "pink garlic of Lautrec" group and is one of the officially authorized varieties for the use of this designation. The bulb has a white color, and the cloves feature a beige hue with pink coloration, the intensity of which increases upon drying.

The variety is mid-early and produces a scape. Planting is optimally performed from November to January, although spring planting is possible until March. The crop is adapted to the clay-limestone soils of the Tarn region and is a virus-free variety, provided that certification standards are met.
