Inflorescences are purple in color, corresponding to the shade Violet 70B, although in a number of sources the variety is described as a giant pink variety with a lighter shade than that of the parent species. The flowers have a star shape.

The plant is intended for ornamental gardening, used for planting in the background of borders, and is suitable for cutting. The variety prefers sunny locations and well-drained soils. In regions with cold climates, mulching or container cultivation is recommended.
