The variety is the earliest of the group of varieties adapted to the climatic conditions of Lithuania. It demonstrates high biomass yield and is capable of maturing in the regional conditions, showing a stable seed yield when grown after clover without the use of pesticides and fertilizers.

The plant has a universal purpose. It is used for producing green mass for feed, seeds for food and feed purposes, and is also considered as a raw material for energy production, including biogas generation.
