The variety is intended for food use, in particular, as part of gluten-free diets. The plant is heat-loving and requires a sufficient level of moisture during the germination and early vegetative growth period.

Quality characteristics include a high level of protein and lysine in the grain. The crop's economic yield under cultivation conditions is estimated in the range of 2 to 4 tons per hectare, while the stem height can reach 120–200 centimeters.
