The variety is an object of professional breeding use and active study in protocols for somatic embryogenesis induction and in vitro explant rooting. Unlike consumer varieties, it is described in detail in specialized calibration manuals for conducting tests for distinctness, uniformity, and stability.

Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by the structural features of the leaf: the lobes of the leaf blade at the base may touch when close together, and the angle of the distal part of the leaf is obtuse. In comparative genotypic studies, the variety was recorded as one possessing the shortest leaf length, measuring approximately 16.4 cm.
