The Anthurium andraeanum variety «Laura» is a potted plant 30–40 cm in height. It has heart-shaped dark green leaves with a pointed tip, the length of which reaches 25–30 cm. The flower spathe is monochromatic, odorless, and 9.5–10 cm in diameter.

The collectible clone «BVEP Laura» is a breeding variant of the species Anthurium antolakii. The plant is characterized by dark velvety foliage with a distinct pink zone at the base of the leaf and belongs to ornamental-leaved forms.
