The Carla variety is a late-maturing hybrid. The period from planting to harvest is about 150 days. The root vegetables are distinguished by a rounded shape, smooth surface, and high internal quality.

A feature of the variety is the low root attachment, which significantly facilitates the harvesting process. The produce is intended for the fresh market and long-term storage. The average weight of a single root vegetable reaches 900–1000 grams.
