Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is mid-early, the period from emergence to harvest maturity is about 120 days. The root crops have a regular round shape, their weight varies from 250 to 350 grams. The flesh is white, which is retained after heat treatment.

The plant is distinguished by an upright leaf rosette, which prevents contact with the soil. A feature of the variety is the small number of lateral roots in the lower part of the root crop, which simplifies the cleaning process of the vegetable and the care of the plantings. The variety is characterized by universal use.
