The root crops of the variety are formed mainly above the soil surface. This feature contributes to less formation of lateral roots, which facilitates mechanized harvesting and post-harvest cleaning, and also prevents deformation of the fruit. At the same time, the position above the soil increases the plants' sensitivity to frost.

The variety is distinguished by a lower tendency to form internal hollows in the flesh compared to a number of other varieties. Low root attachment to the root crop is also noted.
