The variety Jemný (synonym Finóm) is an early maturing plant intended for cultivation for greens. Morphologically, it is classified as leaf celery, although it is categorized as a stalk form in some registers.

The plant reaches a height of 60–70 cm and has 30–40 vegetative tops forming a rosette of tender aromatic leaves. The produce is suitable for fresh use, drying, and freezing; harvesting is possible both gradually from the end of summer and in a single pass in the autumn.
