The plant forms an upright rosette with long, slender, and smooth stalks of a light-green or apple-green color. The inner and outer parts of the stalks have uniform coloring, and leaves are attached high up. The stalks are distinguished by a tender structure, low fiber content, and the absence of side shoots.

The average weight of the plant can reach 0.8–1.0 kg. The variety possesses high resistance to bolting and good cold tolerance in the autumn period, however, it is susceptible to anthracnose. The recommended planting density is 80–100 thousand plants per 1 ha when using the seedling method of cultivation.
