Plants reach a height of 45–60 cm and are characterized by a developed heart. The stalks have a sweet nutty taste and a rounded shape. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, use in salads and culinary applications.

The variety possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt (races 1 and 2), Western Celery Mosaic Virus, and the physiological disorder causing brown spotting.
