The Sungal variety is a decorative crop intended for use as a cut flower. The plant reaches a height of 70–80 cm, possesses uniform growth, and forms a rounded bush structure with serrated leaves.
The inflorescences have a violet-blue or purple-blue hue, are characterized as double or semi-double of medium size, and are odorless. The variety is sensitive to high temperatures: development at 29 °C leads to a change in the rate of inflorescence formation and a 40% reduction in the lifespan of the flower compared to conditions at 17 °C.
