Variety description

The variety belongs to the group of dwarf Astilbes, reaching a height of 10 to 25 cm. The foliage is delicate and dissected: in spring it often has a bronze or copper tint, and in summer it acquires a dark green or dark burgundy-brown color.
The inflorescences are paniculate, fluffy, colored in carmine, raspberry-pink, or red-purple tones. Flowering occurs in July-August and lasts about three weeks. The plant has strong peduncles and is resistant to lodging.
The variety is frost-hardy (USDA zone 3), undemanding, and resistant to pests and diseases. It prefers partial shade and requires regular watering in fertile, humus-rich soils.
