The variety is an herbaceous perennial, also known under the commercial name Pure Ballerina. The plant forms a rosette of basal leaves and erect flower stalks, reaching a height of 60 to 90 cm. The inflorescences are in the form of umbels surrounded by decorative bracts colored white.

The plant is characterized by hardiness and winter hardiness. Flowering occurs during the period from June to September. The variety is suitable for cultivation in flower beds and borders, and is also widely used in professional floristry, maintaining freshness in a vase for 7–14 days.
