The variety was bred by individual selection from a hybrid population obtained by crossing the Astor x Los-3 varieties. Plants reach a height of 90–110 cm. The caryopsis is white, large, with a blunt apex; the thousand kernel weight is 34–41 g; the protein content in the grain ranges from 12.1 to 12.4%.

The variety is characterized by resistance to smut, crown rust, and stem rust. The yield is 55.0–60.6 c/ha. Variety type — mutica.
