The variety belongs to the Begonia maculata group and is characterized by good branching, which distinguishes it from botanical species. The plant is intended for cultivation in pots with a diameter of 12–13 cm; to obtain a full bush, it is recommended to plant two cuttings per container.
Within the Spotlight series, the Spotlight Dark variety is less vigorous and has a slower growth rate compared to the Spotlight Green variety. The variety is characterized by a short cultivation cycle.
