The root is oval-shaped with yellow or yellow-orange skin and white flesh. A significant part of the root protrudes above the ground, which simplifies manual harvesting. The foliage consists of light green leaves with pale green petioles and veins.
The variety is considered hardy and well-adapted to cultivation on shallow calcareous soils. To achieve a maximum root weight of 400 to 1000 grams, the plant requires a full growing season until the end of autumn.
