The Ludbreška žuta variety is characterized by a high and stable root crop yield, and also produces a significant mass of tops and seeds. The variety possesses pronounced resistance to the effects of high temperatures.
The plant is intended primarily for fodder purposes, however, it can also be used as a vegetable crop. In the conditions of warm regions, the variety is suitable for livestock grazing.
